Located on the first floor, the Sorbara is one of our largest (25 sqm) and most romantic rooms. The room has its own private staircase and, from the balcony, you can access the vast terrace/solarium on the first floor.

You can enjoy splendid views of Mount Peloritani and the Aeolian Islands from here, and breathtaking sunsets.

‘Sorbara’ derives from a type of tree in our estate that produces a sweet fruit called ‘sorba’, very popular amongst the children of Don Gaspano.
